In order to maintain the good quality and batch consistency of archive-level optical discs, the DA/T38-2008 standard requires:
◆ The brand or supplier of file-level optical disc raw materials shall not be changed at will;
◆ The production process of file-level optical discs must be stable, and process parameters must not be changed at will;
◆ Polycarbonate produced from archive-grade CD-ROM（PC）Plastics shall not use recycled materials;
◆ The use of ink, protective glue and adhesive glue must pass the weathering test of the disc;
◆ After the injection molding machine is started or the process parameters are adjusted, the first 50 discs are not used for archive-level discs;
◆ The terminal on-line detection must have a hierarchical screening function, so that the production line can distinguish archive-level CDs from other-level CDs;
◆ The printing pattern on the label surface of the file-level CD must have a special logo pattern;
◆ The production date, batch and other characters or bar codes must be marked on the file-level CD;
◆ File-level optical discs must undergo strict quality inspection before the product leaves the factory.
